Material Handler

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Boulder, CO. This role plays a critical part in supporting production and logistics operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, movement, storage, and distribution of materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will help maintain inventory accuracy, support production schedules, and contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
- Safely transport materials between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas using pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform inventory transactions within ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Package and label materials according to company procedures and industry standards.
- Support material kitting and staging activities for production.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas while adhering to ESD and contamination control requirements.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
- Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and contamination control practices.
- Previous experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or other high-tech production environments.
Working Environment
- Fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
- Cleanroom attire may be required.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
